Option 2: To book a room manually, please call 215-368-3800. Select option for Reservations Department. When connected, ask the booking agent for the “Berger Picard Club” group rate, the group code is BRP.
**The host hotel suggests that attendee's book online using this link as the preferred method over calling in. This online link will always be up to date and show real-time availability.
The hotel anticipates this year being a complete sell out at the hotel based on some additional groups compared to 2024 and will have no flexibility with adding reservations after this cutoff date has passed. For special requests, please call hotel front desk directly.
Breakfast Buffet is included for up to 4 person(s) as part of this group rate.
The pet fee is also built into the rate as well (individuals may get confirmation emails that list a pet fee but as long as they have booked under the group rate it will be waived)
Please note that both of the above concessions will only be extended to individuals that book within the block rate. I cannot extend these same offerings for reservations made outside of the block.
