By-Laws: Article X- Parlimentary Authority

Section 1.

The Club shall be governed by the laws of the state where it is domiciled, Federal Law, and the Rules of the AKC. The rules contained in the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, shall be a guide, but not govern, the Club in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with these bylaws and any other special rules of order the Club may adopt.
